This is a spiral staircase in a hotel I stayed at in Stockholm. The centre of the spiral had thin cables running up and down like a cylinder. I managed to get the camera and my arm through the cables pretty easily and guessed at settings while holding the camera pointing down.

Not too much work in Photoshop, just converted to B&W and a bit of contrast/brightness tweaking.
