Warped-Photography > Ballet boots > Kerry (40)
Warped-Photography > Once again the Cameraclub were lucky enough to have the fantastic Tracey as one of our models for an evening, this time for an Abstract themed night.
Tracey is a dancer and quite flexible, she is also very tolerant and patient as she put up with any and all kinds of weird and wonderful suggestions for poses and/or props for our shots!
This first series of shots have been retouched/edited for me by Kelsea K, more of her work can be seen here http:/kelequinn.deviantart.com
Warped-Photography > Tracey was kind enough to come along early to a Cameraclub.com.au shoot and pose for us. Tracey is a ballet dancer and was great fun to photograph.
These shots with the blue background were taken without flash, the blues is the background lighting and lighting Tracey is the modeling lamps from the main flash units.
Warped-Photography > This was a pretty simple set up of a frame holding a softdrink bottle above a blue bowl of water. 2 small pinpricks in the bottom of the bottle provided a steady stream of drops and the on-board flash firing full and front-on was useful for once! All shots were manually fired, the drops were pretty consistent dropping every 2 or 3 seconds so no timer, sensor or remote triggering devices were needed. I took these shots as my local club has a 'water' theme for it's January meet.

Warped-Photography > A friend loaned us a pair of ballet heeled boots to try, my wife tried them on with one of her latex skirts and a pair of fishnet stockings and I quickly grabed the camera. A spur of the moment shoot of some very cool boots. Got to remember to clear out the stuff from under the couch next time!

Warped-Photography > This is a spiral staircase in a hotel I stayed at in Stockholm. The centre of the spiral had thin cables running up and down like a cylinder. I managed to get the camera and my arm through the cables pretty easily and guessed at settings while holding the camera pointing down.

Not too much work in Photoshop, just converted to B&W and a bit of contrast/brightness tweaking.
